If you need to cancel a lesson which is already listed on the website, please make sure to contact us by telephone at the number shown on your teacher's mypage. If you cancel a lesson without any advance notice, we might have to suspend your account.

Cancellation of lessons is acceptable only for the unpreventable　reasons such as illness etc.
